Magnetic materials are studied
with a number of different techniques at many beamlines
at the ALS These pages are dedicated to polarization dependent soft x ray
absorption studies performed at beamlines 4.0.2
and 6.3.1 to improve the understanding of magnetic solids . Information
about other methods, beamlines, and endstations is provided on the ALS web site.
